You can book up to 4 weeks in advance. We require from ALL CLIENTS and for ALL BOOKINGS a 50% deposit that will be deducted from the amount you pay at your appointment. Payments to be made via PayPal. You do not need to hold an account. You can check out as a guest with a debit/credit card.
The online booking system will no longer give you the option to book without leaving a deposit.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours excluding make up bookings which carry a 7 day cancellation policy. Bridal bookings are excempt and cannot be cancelled once a booking fee has been paid to secure the date.
PLEASE make a note of when your advanced booking is. We appreciate advanced bookings but cannot fill them if cancelled late on as we’ve booked everyone else in around you. If we have continued late cancellations, we may disable our online booking system all together.
Fingers and Toes
Hopefully, you’ve clicked on MORE INFO and read the discriptions for all our different options before booking. If you have booked an APPLICATION ONLY for our Gel Polish, that is exactly as it sounds. We will file, tidy and paint your nails only. No removal is included. If you require removal, then you need to add this as and ADD ON booking so we have enough time to complete your treatment. PLEASE read the descriptions as it’s all written there. If you’ve clicked the MORE INFO button for your treatment, then you should have all the information you need.
We don’t offer nail services to anyone under 14 years of age. All under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Swarovski Crystals may need to be ordered if for your appointment as we don’t carry huge stocks. We would appreciate it if you didn’t cancel this appointment if we have to order them in specially for you, as we’ll be left with stock we don’t need.

All our lash appointments need a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Easiest way to arrange this is to message us on 07789 472 789.
Thursday 1st November our cancellation policy changes to 48 hours notice. We need that much time to give us every opportunity to fill your unwanted appointment.
Our cancellation policy is explained at point of booking verbally and advertised on all our confirmation emails and booking emails and you agree to these when booking online or booking in salon as part of our terms and conditions with all bookings.

We have A LOT of last minute movement and cancellations so I just wanted to clarify our policy.
We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or amend a booking. You can cancel ALL bookings online too, you don’t have to call us.
Failure to give 48 hours notice, and we’ll retain your 50% deposit to try and cover some of our costs. Less than 24 hours notice and you'll be charged the FULL AMOUNT of your service at your next appointment. We turn away clients to reserve YOUR appointment.
BOOKINGS MADE ONLINE can have their deposit refunded via PayPal so please cancel online and we will manually refund your payment at our earliest opportunity.
BOOKINGS MADE IN SALON by credit cards are not eligible for a refund and monies will be carried over to another appointment should you need to cancel. We don’t have the man hours to go digging out your receipt and then we get very heavily charged to process a refund on our credit card machine. If you’ve paid in cash, we’ll happily refund your deposit but we may not always have cash available immediately. Please cancel by calling 07789 472 789 or cancel online. If we don't answer, please leave a message and we will make a note of your deposit.
Ideally we would like ALL our bookings to be made online so we don’t have to hold anyone’s money should they need to cancel. In fact, we wish that people would just book and turn up and then we wouldn’t need a deposit scheme at all! Oh to live in an ideal world.
We are a busy fully booked salon and regularly turn other clients away so by cancelling 48 hours+ before your appointments allows us to fill those appointment slots so we don’t lose out on money.
We like to feel that we are very accommodating and we also understand emergencies come up but if you don't want your appointment someone else does, so just let us know so we can slot someone else in.
