Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or amend an appointment. This must be done by calling 07789 472 789. If we don't answer, please leave a message and we'll call you back. If you can't get to a phone, please text 07789 472 789. We will text you back so you know we received your message.

By giving us at least 48 hours notice it gives us a small chance to fill your unwanted appointment. Failure to do so and you'll be charged the full amount of your service at your next appointment. If you don't pay, we won't be able to welcome you back. We thank you in advance for your co operation in this matter and your understanding.
Clients that cancel or change their appointments frequently will be asked to book on the day and will no longer be able to book in advance.
Whilst we may have a 48 hour cancellation policy, it is almost impossible to fill the booking you've cancelled or rescheduled when it's done less than 72 hours prior to the appointment. Just be mindful when making appointments, if you might not need it, give us as much notice as possible. Clients who continually change their appointments will be asked to book on the day going forward. And if you've made an advanced appointment, please make a note of it so you don't book another leaving the original advanced booking cancelled with no hope of us filling it as you've held onto it for months.
Advanced bookings are bookings that are made more than 48 hours prior to your appointment. We will retain your 50% as a booking fee paid at time of making your booking and carry it over to your next booking. You may still cancel or amend your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment but you won't get your 50% back. We cannot fill that booking when it's cancelled 48 hours before. Although we run a cancellation list, those people have normally made alternative arrangements and gone elsewhere. If you're not sure you'll be able to keep an advanced booking, we'd rather you booked nearer the time. We lose an average of £20000 a year due to late cancellations that we can't fill.
